OVERVIEW: The Director, Individual Principal Gifts will grow and manage a portfolio of individual principal gift ($100,000+) prospects and donors. The Director identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards these individuals to secure, sustain, and increase annual philanthropic support.  Builds and maintains positive, productive, sustainable relationships with donors on behalf of United Way of Greater Houston. Serves as part of the Principal Gifts Team and will help create and implement short and long-range solicitation strategies to meet fundraising goals and objectives.
